• lowercase
• kebab-case
• no spaces
• no underscores
• no parentheses

Use:

guides/deployment/testing-checklist.md
resources/tools/index.md

Do not use:

guides/Deployment/Testing_Checklist (old).md

Nav titles can be normal text.
